Shandrea Padua, PTA, LMT
Physical Therapist Assistant
Shandrea Padua earned her Associate of Applied Science Physical Therapist Assistant degree from the College of Western Idaho in 2018. She is also a Licensed Massage Therapist and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree and Certificate of Applied Leadership from Boise State University.
Shandrea is certified in cupping therapy and specializes in manual techniques including myofascial release and soft tissue mobilization using stretching and deep pressure to relax tension. She is also a licensed massage therapist specializing in prenatal massage. Shandrea takes a holistic approach to treating her patients by creating individualized treatment plans that heal the whole person and help guide them through their recovery journey.
When not in the clinic, Shandrea enjoys snowboarding, hiking, traveling, aerial arts, and playing board games.
