Bennet Hu, PT, DPT

Bennet Hu is a Physical Therapist with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, where he graduated in April 2024. He previously earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California – Davis in June 2019.

Bennet specializes in general orthopedics and return-to-sport rehabilitation, where he enjoys creating tailored strategies that address the specific demands of each athlete’s sport. He views therapy as a collaborative effort, working closely with his patients to identify goals and develop personalized treatment plans, fostering open communication and mutual respect to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

Bennet’s passion for weightlifting motivated him to pursue a career in physical therapy, as he believes in the healing power of exercise. This allows him to integrate his enthusiasm for movement into his therapy approach, helping patients improve their quality of life. In addition to his professional interests, Bennet enjoys adventuring to try new things, exploring diverse cuisines, and embracing challenges in powerlifting.
